Is there anyone that knows anything about the "rules" regarding how many years the DWP Debt Management Centre can collect money owed to them by a claimant?
I have been paying the debt (it's my debt) back to them since 2007. The debt is from 2006.
Today I read on a site called moneynerd.co.uk that the DWP can collect money owing to them for "up to 12 years".
I've been paying it back for 14 years so far. I still owe them approximately £3,000
