We are checking out and I’ll get the air bnb email asking for review. Having read previous reviews I can see that she responds very defensively to negative comments - someone said it wasn’t clean and her reply was “the house is always clean!”
It isn’t. There’s mildew all over the tile grout, black spots and mould all around the windows, thick dust on some things, handprints on windows. All the superficial stuff like worksurfaces, sink are clean, but it specifically says it’s deep cleaned between guests.
Is it worth sending a message so she can have a chat to the cleaner or am I wasting my breath? Rather than post negative comments on the review and having her deny it?
