Had colposcopy in May.Got results saying mild cell changes and an appointment made for May 2022 which i received via text a week or so ago.

Just had an appointment through via text for 19th July coming. Now I'm worrying a bit as thought everything OK.

Not an expert, but if you have mild cell changes much better that they are going to see you sooner than in a years time. They probably want to discuss the results with you, and any treatment that’s needed.

It's for an actual colposcopy not a general appointment.Ill just go and see what they say

There’s some information about colposcopy and results here which might help www.jostrust.org.uk/information/colposcopy/colposcopy-results

Maybe they want to re do it to double check. Did you have anything else done during it like the lletz procedure or similar. When I had mine they said I had mid line changes and I had the lletz procedure straight away. That was 4 years ago and I’ve been fine since. That’s what I’d be expecting with those results as they try and get on top of things .
