Losing out on our dream home

Don't think this is AIBU but think will get most traffic. I need to vent....

Found the perfect home for us 4 bed detached period property, have been stalking Rightmove religiously for the past 2 years....Our buyer has pulled out! House back on market.... Am so worried we are going to lose the our dream home. Also timing is crap, we will need to pay at least 15k on stamp duty.....

Does anyone have positive story you can share.... I can not deal with more house viewings with a newborn

Put our house on the market and it sold almost immediately and we found a great house to buy. Was all going well - we had done our survey and queried when the buyer would have theirs as no date had been booked with us. Of course he pulled out! We went back on the market - took another 9 months to sell - by which time I had another baby! But once we knew that sale was going through we went back to look at what was available and the previous house we offered on was still for sale. So we bought it!
