I am trying to get contractors to come and quote for some work at my home (being vague as I’ve been moaning excessively about this IRL 🙈), but think along the lines of getting a new bathroom fitted.
AIBU to be shocked that people are charging to just come and quote?! Ranging between £30-£50! It’s been a while since I had any workmen here, but I don’t remember paying for just a quote before. Is this now normal?
