Hi
Could someone please tell me the difference between a degree and diploma.
I am going back to college this year to do my acess to HE to then go on to university to do ODP.
I dont know which route to take degree or diploma?

Diploma is below a degree. Usually when someone says diploma they are referring to a HND which is equivalent to the first 2 years of a 3 year degree (assuming you mean bachelor's degree.. again most common meaning).

If you have a choice do the 3 years and get the degree.

Sometimes you can do your HND then later spend 1 year and do a 1 year top up degree that will get you to bachelor's or you can enroll directly into bachelor's but get credit for your HND for years 1 and 2. Not all colleges/universities/programs will allow this though so if you go down this route make sure that you have a pathway to a degree.
