Low levels of prolactin, 0.4 thyroid, help from the “hormone whisperers”!

Apparently I have too low levels of prolactin, and have same breast milk leakage, just a few drops, but totally freaked me out, 0.4 thyroid, which they say normal, but want to repeat all the tests again… not trying to conceive, 40 years old, a bit high LHS, close to menopausal numbers (28.6), have 2 kids… Last test showed 88 prolactin levels, which apparently is below the normal, I am also having strong positive opk for the last 19 days - only checking as I’m tracking when and if my cycles are affecting my rheumatoid arthritis, also tested my husband to check if the tests are faulty, they are not - he is not ovulating for sure:) couldn’t find much useful info, only found out today so I’ll research thoroughly, but please, if anyone knows something of low prolactin - why, symptoms, anything, I’ll greatly appreciate it… I’m battling RA, but not on medications, constant extreme fatigue, brain fog, which I know comes with RA, but looks like my hormones are going crazy?!? Peri menopause?

Did I post where I should post in terms of topic? It’s been ages since mumsnet was my primary source of info on pregnancy and kids…

Did you ever have a post partum hemmorage? It's a long shot, but I've been looking into some similar hormone issues that I have been having and this keeps cropping up.

Ammm, don't think so or at least not to my knowledge... don't remember much of my last c-section, which was emergency one and they were loosing my daughter heart rate and it took at least 5 minutes before her first cry, so honestly don't know... I had 5 miscarriages in between the 3 kids, 3 of them pretty bad, hospitalised, etc. Does it matter how long ago you supposedly had quite a lot of loss of blood?

And when you say similar- does it affect your mood, overall how you feel, physical symptoms?

Between the 2 kids, not 3! Apologies!
