I've got the series 5, and won't pair with my iPhone unless i do the update, not a problem, except the update can't take place as a pop up comes up saying am not connected to the internet. I am!
Been on the phone to apple for over an hour, tried everything with no luck! They are due to call me back in couple of days.
Has anyone else had this issue ?
Could you resolve it?
It's a new watch, dh bought and used a handful of times, since then it's just been sitting in its box. It's still in warranty. Apple said if it can't be resolved I'll most likely have to return it back to where I bought it from, but the warranty is with apple and what's the point of the warranty if they are going to tell me to
