Why does nothing go right the first time around ?

Fairly lighthearted here, but does anyone else buy things then have to have the people back in to repair them or change them or just generally ' sort it out ' because it wasn't done correctly at first ?
New blinds, had to go back to be repaired
Kitchen doors , just over a year old, started peeling ( got to be sorted out under warranty )
New boiler , three year old , already had a new part
Cars that are repaired then back in there a month later being adjusted.
New wardrobe, the doors don't always shut very well
On it goes!

You’re not alone, OP. I feel like everything I do takes multiple actions instead of the ‘one and done’ it should require! It’s bloody relentless.
