To not understand how people still post pictures of themselves on social media out and about when they are supposed to be self isolating

If you are friends with people who you work with and you’ve all been sent home to self isolate for ten days on what planet do you still go out and Am I missing something? Yes everyone is sick of it but at the very least don’t tell people you’re out and about?
