To ask if you’ve used Lipotrim

How did you go about it? You don’t seem to be able to buy it online. It says you have to go through a gp or pharmacy. Did you just ring your local pharmacy? Also if you have done the program, how did you find it?

Yes.

The Lipotrim site should have a list of participating pharmacies, your chances of finding a GP who has even heard of it is pretty much nil so thats your only route.

Then you'll have to go there every week or fortnight to be weighed and collect the next lot.

It is bland and not remotely 'nice', as far as shakes go, its no worse than Huel..

The flapjacks unless they have changed in the last 15 years are DISGUSTING and i really mean that, imagine a flapjack made out of boiled chopped peanuts, cork coasters and the contents of an ashtray. They are disgusting on purpose, mean to put you off eating.

I did it for two months and lost two stone which I did keep off for the next 10 years or so... but it was probably one of the most miserable experiences of my life.
