Has anyone used them?
We are due to have it installed soon but since reading some really quite appalling reviews I want to back out.
Most of the positive reviews I’ve found were written soon after installation, the reviews a few months down the line are not positive at all!
Claiming the equipment is poor quality and breaks, that you can’t get engineers out to fix it for weeks at a time, that you are locked into the contract and they make it nigh on impossible to leave, that the agreed contract price changes and goes up and up every few months, that they refuse to provide you with a copy of the contract/terms and conditions (WTF?!), that you pay (hundreds!) just to rent the equipment and only pay for the installation (salesman said we were free to leave and keep the equipment)...
DH still wants to go ahead
