Everything annoys me. The sound of eating makes me want to scream. Does anyone have any tips for managing this? I've always had PMS but it's been on another planet since entering the perimenopause 😒

HRT has helped with mine, I still think my dose may need tweaking as i still get it on certain days but it is no where near as bad as before.

Were you diagnosed as peri menopausal? Just wondering as I feel rage like never before and don’t know where to start with going to the gp. Sorry to hijack the thread.

A Vitamin B complex has helped me—like, it’s night and day. I have PCOS and adenomyosis, so have been plagued with hormonal wackiness my whole life.

When I was at uni, back in the dark ages, my GP prescribed a high dose pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and it helped a ton. I cannot recall why I stopped taking it, but I’m glad once again to be feeling the benefits the B vitamins have on muting PMS.
