Scottish Power owe me £841 from 2015! They are refusing to refund - Ombudsman won't help.
They had my meter recorded as a prepayment incorrectly.
I opened a case - they disputed because it was my current Supplier who need to correct it, which they have done now after telling me it was Scottish Power's fault.
The case is now closed but Scottish Power are refuting this even though I have emailed them screenshots of the closed case as instructed by the Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman have said the open another case but that could mean more years to wait for my money.
So, do I go though Scottish small claims court - putting interest onto the claim as they would do to me (YANBU) or open another Ombudsman case (YABU)?
