I’ve been approached for an amazing role within my organisation. They’ve created it for me. I’ve submitted my job spec and the big bosses are meeting on Wednesday to thrash out the finer details.

I’ve pitched the salary 10k above what I’d be happy with and no one blinked.

Flex is fine. I wfh anyway and get to pick my own hours as long as I deliver (which I do)

I interviewed for a promotion Friday and am going out of my mind already waiting for a response.
