AIBU to hate doing ANYTHING online

Doing anything online is frustrating time consuming and extremely stressful as most companies don't accept calls anymore. For example I've tried ordering through click and collect from IKEa but there's no click and collect button at checkout so instead of doing some nice gardening I'm tearing my hair out trying to order online through Ikea - what a horrendous website

From experience on the other side, most companies that trade online cannot offer the level of service customers expect that phone support entails, quick response times (no holding in a queue for extended periods), knowledgeable agents able to clear necessary identity checks then swiftly resolve the issues.
If you send is a query via an online contact form as to what your issue is 7 times out of 10 we can fix it by reading the email and replying, none of the sites I manage the support team for are time critical. For the other times generally it takes less than 3 communications to resolve the issue and if necessary we do call.

We operate with a team of 5 and can handle large volumes of tickets (queries).
We do still have telephone support on a few and it take on average 4 times as long to handle a simple enquiry.
We are currently trialling chatbots.
