What if one parent refuses to be vaccinated?

I won’t go into personal details as it’s about my friend, but in the interest of full disclosure, I am pro vax and have had my first jag, so my views may be obvious when reading!

My best friend’s ex husband is getting deeper into conspiracy theories (he really believes this is a “plandemic”, that it is part of the “great reset” and Bill Gates wants to sterilise everybody, etc), and is refusing to have the vaccine. She is worried he is exposing the children to a greater degree of risk unnecessarily by refusing to have it, and asked me if I thought she could stop them seeing him if necessary until he has it (she really doesn’t want to, and has never stopped them seeing him before, but is also worried about very rapidly rising cases in their area and the new variant being more transmissible and found more in teenagers).

I’m no lawyer but my best guess is that a judge wouldn’t agree with her, because it’s not against the law to refuse/not the law that you must have a jag. I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on this, or has been in a similar situation?

So AIBU - Would it be unreasonable to stop children seeing an unvaccinated parent?
