Dressy office or more casual after work drinks

Do people wear more casual if going for cocktails at a country pub (rather than the city vibe) to work or a dressy office outfit- or just normal work outfit and apply some make up?

Straight from the office of course, it’s been so long I have no idea!

If I was going for post work drinks I would wear whatever I wore to work that day. I might wear something I particularly liked if I was seeing other friends.

I'd just wear what I wore to work that day, but making sure I look like less of a scruff than I normally do.
