Always always issues with Marks & Spencers online

What is the matter with them. Cancelled part of my order. Out of stock. Idiots. Stuff not there click and collect not long ago. Items arrive in a crumpled mess. Ordered things from East beautiful packing in cloth bags. Even George at Asda was well packed I wouldnt be surprised if they go bust. Every time I order I say never again. Furious.

I think they switched from using an amazon supplied system to a new one a while ago (maybe 5 years?) and it all went downhill then (but presumably cheaper for them to run). The packing is dire now. Just thrown in a bag or box.

I have long given up on looking on their website, everything seems to be sold out.
