What puts you off buying a London flat/house?

Disclaimer: lighthearted, yes London is too expensive, it’s not the centre of the world etc etc.

Inspired by the other thread about offputting house features, and finding out people wouldn’t settle for less than a detached 4 bed with no schools or bus stops in a 10 mile radius, wooden sash windows and god forbid there was a pet or a divan bed.

Obviously the market in London is very different. I’ve just bought a flat with a lot of apparently unacceptable features. So, London buyers, what puts you off? Here’s mine:

Flats:
Deck access
In a tower block (not because I’m snobby but it’s hard to get a mortgage on these)
Short lease on a flat
Too far from public transport - give me a bus stop right outside please!
Too far from parks/green space
Overpriced HTB or shared ownership new build
Cladding
No garden (but communal is fine)
Tower block
Not pet-friendly
Too far from supermarkets and shops
No bath
Above a shop or takeaway (again, not snobby but mortgage difficulties)
Lots of noisy children crammed into one flat neighbours
