Any fellow Northern Irelanders finding out school places for September today ? How have you found the last year? My child has been completely shafted with the system as his older sibling attends a high school. I’ve had to witness his friends who are the eldest child in their family or who have siblings at their grammar school of choice get a place when he was scoring higher than them in Aqe practice tests. Aibu to be bitter ? And to hope that the grammar schools results are shite in 5 years time?
