Recipe for disaster?

Booked to go away with my best friend (bf) and her family (husband, stepson and son) on holiday this summer.
Same time me and Dh having bad time no Sex in 18 months he doesn’t feel like it apparently. Coincidentally I’ve gained4 Stone in last 3 years due to ptsd.
All going on holiday together fine. Except bf husband now not coming as they’re not getting on. She’s said several time she’s desperate for male attention.
I’ve always had a horrible suspicion Dh fancies my best friend he clearly doesn’t fancy me since weight gain the thought of lying on a beach with them both all day long is sickening too be frank

Tell him it’s now a girl’s trip and he’s not coming. But if you really think he’ll be checking your friend out while lying on a beach next to you you’ve got much bigger problems, as you say, so get a divorce.

Thank you if he doesn’t want sex with me We’ve clearly got issues I’ve had head in the sand for months but it’s clearly not right
