Nightmare situation....
A friend who is an absolute superb, loving mother has a toxic ex who is using the court system to target her any way he can (classic cluster B malign covert narcissist). He's got major financial resources and managed to get SS to not support the mother (why? It's so bizarre!) and now filed a Sec 39 child custody complain with immediate hearing.
Poor mother of child suffers stress from this psycho - and is now hit with this. He's been hounding them for years and doesn't give a dam* about the kid, yet pretends to be this concerned loving father....
Can someone advise of an aggressive but affordable lawyer who is excellent for disputes like this and not afraid to be a pitbull, perhaps in private practice near Gloucster, who can step in on a short notice? Need help asaps.
