I am right around 5 weeks 5 days. Prior to conception I had my tubes cleaned out and scope to check for endometriosis. Both went well. I literally conceived as soon as I was cleared to do the deed. Yesterday I had a bowel movement (hadn’t had one in 2 days). Not long after that I had the worst abdominal pain. I couldn’t tell if it was gas or cramps. It lasted maybe 20 minutes. I went to the bathroom and there was bright red blood on the toilet paper. Since then the pain has gone away and I have some brown discharge when I wipe. They checked my hcg it was 2962 (5 days ago it was 648). They seemed to think everything was okay and want me to repeat my levels in a week. What do you guys think? Am I in the clear? Should I worry? I’ve had a miscarriage before and it was nothing like this.
