Tesco had no enchiladas kits- newly approved by my children after me getting sick and tired of cooking and wanting an easy tea. They did have fajita kit. I can rebadge it right? Ok there's not enough sauce but I could mix the salsa with a carton of passata and use the powder spices as I would have done in enchilada kit?

100%! They use the same stuff in all their kits and just tweak it slightly anyway I'm sure...

I don't use kits, as I find them expensive for what you get, but it's all about the insides, isn't it?* As long as they like the innards you include it'll be fine.

Yes it will be fine

I think the sauce in enchiladas is the difference as you just get salsa and powder in a fajita kit. I'd have made it all myself but there wasn't a packet of tortilla wraps to be had either!
