First of all, I am fully aware this is a first world problem but my uber rating just fell from 5.0 to 4.95 (I'm a passenger) and it's pissing me off that I don't know why.
It has to be one of the last two rides I had and I did absolutely nothing wrong on either.
I feel like there should be a function where you type in why you are rating someone this many stars, both when passengers are rating drivers and vice versa. It stops people from rating someone badly because of some bs of them not being "chatty"
