Hmm yes that’s very low weight. Has she lost the weight quite quickly? Has she been trying to lose weight?

How do you know her weight? Obviously that wouldn’t be a healthy BMI. Has she said anything about why she’s lost the weight?

I'm 5ft 2 and on the bmi scale I can go as low as 7st 5lbs and still be healthy.

So according to that she would be quite underweight saying that 7st 8 would be her lowest 'healthy weight'

I'm thin at 4'11 and seven stone so yes she must be underweight.

Why don’t you thin-shame her? That will put her back in her place.

How do you know what weight she is?

I could be your friend... those are exactly my proportions, and yes, I am far too skinny, and have been warned I'm putting my health at risk. I look like a fucking lollipop, have malnutrition, anaemia, etc. Why don't you suggest she goes to the GP for blood tests in case there's an underlying cause? In my case it's not an eating disorder, it's other health issues, but the GP did help a lot with working out why I was losing so much weight.

Is she unwell then? Does she have anorexia or perhaps a physical illness?
