Has anyone used Kidclo?

You send your old kids clothes to them and they sell them on a professional, easy to use website. For every bag you send you get a voucher (I think £10 off)
Has anyone used it? I want to but I can't seem to figure out how to send the clothes in my own bag.

Oh and if anyone has any other recommendations on where to send old clothes, I'd be very grateful. This is such a good idea I think if it takes off we should be out of the fast fashion fiasco

I've been trying to work this out too, I keep going to generate a label and it tells me the format doesn't work or something, so I've given up for now

The clothes seem expensive for second hand, especially the supermarket brands that probably cost what they are charging for used.
I just give mine to charity or the nicer brands I sell on FB or eBay.
It sounds like a nice idea but unless they are getting lots of decent brands donated, I’m not sure it will take off.

H&M give you a £5 voucher for every bag of secondhand clothes you drop with them.

babybabybabybabymother · 04/06/2021 12:57

I wouldn't support h and m or anything like that we shop almost exclusively second hand but we can't donate any clothes at the moment because nowhere is taking. Fair enough (I've seen the back of some!)
I thought they were a bit expensive too.
I also can't download the label to use my own bag. I am worried its a scam because it does seem a bit too good to be true :-(

Or there's always charity shops.

Tibtab · 04/06/2021 13:09

I don’t think it’s a scam, it’s more that they profit off what they sell of yours and you don’t make any money.

I got a some items from there and they were great quality. My girls were super happy. I was also able to send something back I didn't want with no hassle which surprised me how easy it was.
Yes there are cheaper clothes on eBay but I ordered 5 items with free shipping and would say the price was good for the quality. I will definitely use the site again.

Not sure about the label thing though. I did see you could order a bag to be sent to you with a label?
