Hi. Looking to move to Bricket Wood, St Albans and I am after feedback in regards to the local primary school ( I have a child with additional needs) and also how reliable is the public transport for someone who does not drive. Thank you.

Public transport is pretty good, you’re very close to the M1, the bus depot is about 1.5 miles from the primary school. Bricketwood is basically sandwiched between the M1 and the A405, which runs to St Albans.

Local walks are pretty fab, river, common etc, can’t comment on the primary as I’m secondary. Lovely area, pricey, you’d have more choice re school if you went to Watford which is literally under a mile from the Bricketwood primary. I think there’s a special needs primary near the Sainsbury?
