Bit silly but I really hate when I’m out in the garden cutting the bloody grass and people stop to make the same joke over and over oh you can pop round and do mine aswell. Seriously but if you see someone busy why stop them to make a silly joke especially when you don’t speak to them any other time.

They're just making small talk. Chill.

I'm surprised they bother.

You’re friendly today. People are just making small talk, being polite

MadMadMadamMim · 03/06/2021 17:23

I ignore conversation over a mower. Can't hear you, mate.

SkiingIsHeaven · 03/06/2021 17:26

Wow.

Life is short.

It is just mild pleasantries after a crappy year.

Get a grip.

MaliceOrgan · 03/06/2021 17:31

Don't try and wash your car then! I don't think you'd cope with the small talk doing that results in.

TicTacHoh · 03/06/2021 17:59

If this is all you have to worry about, you’re doing fine in life.

Gingerwhinger01 · 03/06/2021 18:04

Outrageous. I hope you have given these cheeky bastards an earful for having the temerity to speak to you.
