Dublin MNrs- please help - hotel chocolat open or not?

Hi Dublin mumsnetters
Can anyone tell me if either GPO or Dundrum hotel chocolat cafes are open today for takeaway service?
Dh is in Dublin & teens desperately want refills for velvetizer. He'll be in city centre so O'Connell st one would be best but he'll swing by dundrum if needs be

Thanks so much!

Surely Google could tell you? It would be quicker than waiting for an answer on hete. Maybe try ringing the store?

Their FB page says that Dundrum has been open since last Saturday. I can't see the GPO shop lagging behind, I think everybody is now crazy to get out and shop.

Thank you @Lockheart. I did Google but experience tells me that hotel chocolat do not update their details on line accurately because the last time dh was in Dublin earlier in the year their website said they were open but when he drove all the way out to dundrum the other cafes were open for taweaway & hotel chocolat was locked up.
And they don't deliver online to Ireland (total pain) so dc have velvetizer unused since the pack that came with it ran out at Christmas.

Thank you @EerieSilence.

I was on Henry st. last Friday and I am 95% sure it was open.

They took their sweet time, gotta be said.

Thank you very much @TheKeatingFive

If it's mainly velvetiser refills you want, you could just use any grated chocolate, as that's pretty much what it is.

I make hot chocolate in my non HC milk frother with 25 g of grated chocolate, half a teaspoon of sugar, mug of milk then a bit of cinnamon, maybe a splash of cream, whatever. Or I've bought very similar chocolate flakes in M&S before now.

Thanks @BarbaraofSeville that's pretty much what we've been doing since Jan. It was part of teens Christmas present & they like & want the actual hotel chocolat flavours.
The real pity is that hotel chocolat are happy to sell the machines in Ireland but won't deliver the chocolate- makes no sense to me!
