Last year I went to work for a different company within the same sector that I am in.
I only stayed there for 10 weeks as the manager and admin were just ....wow! Manager screams at workers and the admin lies like a snake to get others in trouble.
Anyway I took 3 week break then went back to my old company.
Had to have 8 months of trauma therapy as it had bought up things from my past.
A couple of my co workers have now gone to work for that company. The manager keeps mentioning my name in any interview (very unprofessional) and now her and the owner have wrote an email to my co worker who turned down a job due to the unprofessionalism in the interview ( I was spoken about for 15 minutes) anyway the manager is now saying all sorts about me.
Not sure why she's so concerned a year later.
Aibu to write her an email asking her to stop or should I just leave it.
She is saying I slagged off my current employer (but if it was that bad why would I have gone back)
