To think it’s abit of a con- gym membership

Myself and my ds(12) joined the gym last month. We are really enjoying it. When we joined we obviously paid a months membership (19.99 for him and £29.99 for me). Today was the due date for the payment and they have taken £90 out. I rang and they said it’s because last month I paid for the last month of membership and this month is for May and June?! 😩

That makes no sense, even the calculation makes no sense.

What branch of gyms is it?

Was that initial payment a joining fee?
Are they saying first payment is for April and this payment is for May and June? What was the actual date you joined?

Do you have a contract from when you joined? They should have explained everything clearly to you when you joined.
