For a week or so when I book a delivery slot, 9 tries out of 10 the website won't let me put anything in the basket. If I try to look at previous orders, I get error 502. I lost one delivery slot because I couldn't actually do anything with it & so it timed out. The next one, I think I must've just gone direct to groceries after booking the slot, because I managed to finish the order.
This morning I've gone the 'previous order' route & once again anything to do with groceries is blocked off with error 502. I've tried logging out & back in. Didn't clear it. I've tried going back to the general tesco.com page & then to something - anything - on the groceries menu, but they're all blocked & useless.
Has anybody got a way round this?
