My partner put some rubbish outside last night. The wheelie bin was round the corner by the gate, so he must have left the bag by the back door with the food waste bin beside it, because he couldn't be bothered to fetch the bin.
He's out with his friends all day today. I've been pottering around doing housework today, and went out the back to peg out some washing to find that some creature has got into the bin bag AND the food waste bin, and it's all over our back yard.
It was probably the badger that likes to hide under our shed, and my partner knows it will try to get into any bin bags that are not in the wheelie bin. He must have left the lid slightly off the food bin too, otherwise it wouldn't have been able to get in.
AIBU to leave it until he gets home at around 7pm and make him clean it up?
