Name change ls as could be outing.

Bit of background - I work for the NHS, usually in the community but I am pregnant so have not visited patients since 28 weeks. My home working arrangement was far from ideal. I was sat on my dining table on a hard chair which was fine in between visits but started to become really uncomfortable as bump grew. My manager kindly organised me a desk and chair for home for my last trimester. Just so I’m not drip feeding, all staff were offered this last year but I didn’t take it up as it would mean moving my table to make room (small terraced house). But as I say the time came where I needed to do it.
So my desk came. It was all broken.
I got a replacement. This one was missing parts and therefore unusable. I was told these parts would be dropped off last week but heard nothing.
I contacted the delivery person (twice), HR and my manager but haven’t had a reply from anyone. I am due to start my mat leave soon so I suspect they just aren’t bothered now.
But I’m really annoyed. I hate WFH as it is and this has made it more miserable.
AIBU? Should I complain?

When do you start mat leave, can you use your table or do you need a desk. Maybe occy health can chase it up for you. It is half term next week so some departments might be closed.
