New manager leaving gift??

My manager is retiring this week, I've only been there a month but she's been so good to me so would like to get her something. OH seems to think I don't need to but I think should.

Should I? Not to sure what to go pick up either.

Will there not be a company collection for a present? If you want to do something personal a card will suffice I'm sure

I agree that a nice card with a personal message of appreciation would be good.

If you afford it, I think it would be nice...
