I’m not sure what they are called but after trying to log into my account three times I gave up and phoned the company.
I had to give my details to an automated line which just kept mishearing my DOB and details. And listening to how much easier it would be to do it online
and endless messages about covid.
AIBU to really wish they’d just get to the point - put you through to someone and hopefully get sorted quickly? I have been in tears of frustration with this!
