To ask the collective power of MN to help me find a location for a hen do in ONE MONTH?!

We have a booking for a hen party next month. Somehow, I have no idea how, we all missed the part of the property description that said "No Parties".

We desperately need to find house/cottage accommodation for ten sensible hens for 25-27 June and despite hours trawling the internet we have found NOTHING available.

  • needs to sleep 10
  • needs to accept hen parties!
  • needs to be in England
  • budget up to £2500
  • not a hotel

Can anyone help?! Do you by some magical chance have a property that's had a last minute cancellation?!

This looks amazing - available for your dates. Cotswolds - pub down the road, hot tub, 10 mins from Cheltenham for shopping etc

Also cottages.com are great and they have several available for your dates and under budget

Are you absolutely sure that 10 people from 10 different households will be allowed to stay together on that date ?We are heading to the Lake District as a party of 12 from 3 households and not convinced Ll the relaxations will go through by then.

I'd have said it would be safer to book hotel rooms and then it would definitely go ahead.

Put your dates into booking.com, for 10 and set the location as England then use filters to avoid hotels etc you will get loads of properties, many which can be cancelled. Just check the property policies as some state no hens.

Thank you for the links you found! Unfortunately two were in Wales, one not available for our dates and the other will not allow same sex groups 😓

@FairyAnn

www.chestnutsfarmbreaks.com/

Ivy Cottage sleeps 10, though you need to contact them direct for short stays.

I had my hen party here so I know they accept hens ☺️

Thank you - I have contacted them 🤞🏻

Ok it’s not mega glamorous but it’s free on your dates, under £1k, and takes hens - in the lakes

@hoorayhenryy

If you're willing to have a couple of you sleep on camp beds I'll vacate my house for the weekend for £2500 Grin

I have a lovely sea view and you're welcome to party 🎉

Sorely tempted at this moment in time 🤣

Says you need to "get in touch" about booking these dates rather than just that it's available but there are others on this site too

Thank you, I have enquired Smile
