Bleeding Low hcg

So I got a positive test about 2 weeks back, last week I started bleeding which would of been at 4weeks 6 days (could have been less as cycles are irregular), bleeding was heavy, but not as heavy as a normal period.... literally could of wore the same pad all day. my hcg was 21, tested again on Thursday and was 23. I was brought in for a scan on Friday and they couldn’t not see anything, bloods repeated yesterday and hcg was 27. I keep praying that I will have a sudden boost in hormones before my next scan on Tuesday - has anyone had a similar experience with a positive result?

@CDS21 How did this end for you? I have hcg level of 21 at the eqivilent of 4weeks+1. I'm having repeat bloods in few days.

Hey, despite all the hope I had that they were wrong and it would be fine, unfortunately it didn’t end well for me, I was monitored for 2 weeks and hcg only went as far as 48, still unable to locate the pregnancy at this stage so I was treated with methotrexate, after which the pregnancy was seen in my right Fallopian tube - hcg rose to 70, and now 3 and a half weeks later it’s only gone down to 30, with some free fluid on the pelvis… they considered surgery but will call me today with a new plan, I’m expecting to be called back in for a second dose of the methotrexate later today or tomorrow. Such a long, drawn out heartache 😢 I thought with levels so low it wouldn’t of taken this long

I'm sorry you're going through this CDS21, that's really shit. I hope you have some good support around you x

@2mumlife, I don't know what the HCG levels mean but good luck, I hope it comes through for you.

@CDS21 I'm sorry to hear its been such a rollercoaster. That must have been really difficult seeing your hcg levels go up and keeping hope. Horrible what a long process this has been for you. Fingers crossed you can avoid surgery, and thank you so much for sharing your outcome.
