My colleagues irritate me so much

They constantly moan. Cant be doing with going to work and their moaning.
Things like oh there's too much work to do - stop moaning and let's get on with it then.
I hate my job rather be dead than here - get a grip if it's that bad get a new job!
They are driving me crazy, I am a bit hormonal myself though so might be a bit touchy

Same here but I am moany and menopausal myself and my tolerance of work colleagues is low.
One constantly going on about the weather and health issues, one who has to relay to the boss constantly every little thing he has done and seems to need constant praise. Every time a client calls him a star or that he has been helpful he has to relay that to the rest of the team as if to validate his role. A boss who constantly uses trendy jargon - he needs time to 'unpack' something ( in his brain ) or he's just 'fleshing out' an email for us about something. Highly irritating.

I moan a bit but it's good humoured and there is a camaraderie. My bug bear is people who dislike me for no reason. If they hide it, I respect that. But people letting you know that you irritate them with their short answers and sighs and huffs and puffs, very challenging.

Nothing worse than moaning colleagues especially when they sit at the desk next to you and there's no escaping them.

Is there no option to work from home even one day a week and be spared such negativity?

i had the office to myself for a few months - people have started drifting back now, mostly occasional days than permanently. Not too moany as pleased to be back - but they are so bloody loud. Even when speaking to the person they are sitting next to.
I prefer the people in the office along the corridor, say hello, brief chat and leave them to it.

Toxic negativity. Yanbu. Try and respond with something upbeat, hopefully it will annoy them so much they’ll stop moaning to you.
