Safeguarding issues. Basic charges and convictions shown and no further information shown. Convictions are bad. Want to know more for the safety of the children.

Is there a way this is possible without notifying ex/exs new partner due to safety concerns.

Are they sex related offences? If they are the “Sarah’s law” checks could help.

I’m sure there’s one for violent partners as well but I’m not sure if that’s only for their new partner or covers children also.

Claire's law for adults
Sarah's law for children

Not sex related, or child related. Thankfully.

Claire's law is for domestic violence and domestic abuse

Presumably you have a court hearing coming up if a s7 report has been done. I would hope the convictions would be discussed there. I'd also agree with Sarah's law.

Yep, contact police for a sarah’s/claire’s law check.

If their history puts children at risk, they will disclose so you can safeguard

Thank you. Requested clairs law last night.

Court will no doubt cover things, but waiting such a long time for something to do with that was quite daunting!
