The Man Is Cooking. I would be back with photo but it will be about ten to eleven by the time The Man completes the dish. It's a fakeaway so does that count.

Recipe for two people (I made it up as I went along but it turned it to be delicious!)

cut up 1 head of cauliflower and place on roasting tray with smoked paprika, nigella seeds, salt, pepper, garlic and drizzle of olive oil.

Cut up some peppers and place on a separate tray

Roast both for 44 mins

Boil jasmine rice

When all is finished, dish up and add some soy sauce and teriyaki sauce!
