Please someone help me...... this may be a long one.
So I left my ex after years of emotional abuse that ended with him being physical towards me. Social services wrote a report stating if I went back our children would be in danger due to the “conflict” in the house.
18months later my ex has unsupervised contact with 2 young children. He provides nothing, tells them lies (like you can’t love your mummy), refuses to contact me about anything for the children yet regularly puts me down and belittles me.
We have a court order so I can’t stop contact. Yet I also can’t protect them from the emotional abuse he is putting them through weekly.
Please someone tell me how to make this stop. I just want my children growing up happy and healthy and with him in their lives they simply won’t. Please tell me it will be ok
