That will last for years if unopened, believe me!

Does it look OK? We've sometimes have it go a funny colour when it's been open for weeks and weeks, but if it looks OK, it probably is OK.

Especially as it's vacuum packed and designed to withstand Spanish temperatures. It will probably last twice as long here considering how cold it's been.

There's decades old cured meat hanging in windows in Italy people are still eating off. You'll be fine

I would if it's initial lifespan was months. Stew will kill off bacteria
