Help! Shark vacuum.co.uk

AIBU to think I’ve just been scammed? I just ordered a vacuum through shark vacuum.co.uk and now it looks like the website might not be legit as it looks like sharkclean.co.uk is the official site. Does anyone know? Do I need to cancel my card and contact my provider?!

No OP, I thought the same when I ordered mine. Just seems to be two different site but both belong to shark as I spent a good couple of hours googling.

@Shevvy94 thank god for that! I really thought I’d been done over. Weirdly they don’t seem to have taken the payment and I don’t have a confirmation email so not sure what’s going on

When I got mine it was through sharkclean.co.uk
Plenty of other people supply them so it's not necessarily a scam.
You could try contacting the one you think is official through their website or social media to check.

@Axlcat So did I. I was sat panicking for hours. Maybe try your spam box, I remember mine being sent there and it was also from sharkclean the email as well, which confused me more.
They don't make things easy any more!!

@Shevvy94 I felt like such an idiot. Thanks for the reassurance. If I don’t get an email from them by tomorrow I’ll get in touch with them. I’m going to go have a lie down now and do some deep breathing 😂
