Looking for thread about struggling with adult dc at home

I was reading a thread the other day about a OP who was struggling with her adult son living at home still and not cleaning/ looking after himself, etc.

I'm going through similar and was looking for it as it has some links I wanted to read through.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated, as I've been looking for it for hours and can't find it.

Thanks.

Try looking in Parents of adult children under Being a Parent - might be there

I think it's been deleted as it's no longer showing in my 'I'm on' - when a thread is deleted now it just goes away and I don't get to see the deletion message. I must have forgotten so many just because they disappeared

That would make sense as I have spent ages searching for it.
Was looking for the info regarding carer assessment, etc, as SS have said our dc isn't bad enough for support, and apart from the fact it is me that needs the support, dc won't tell it like it is and makes out there are no issues.
I think for our relationship and mental and physical health, dc requires supported living separate from us.

There was a post from MNHQ last night, stating that it was going to be deleted, so yes, I think it must have been zapped.

Hope you get the support you need.
