Sutton Girls - Help!! (In year entrance test)

Posting for traffic, apologies.

My daughter has been offered a entrance test for the Sutton Coldfield Grammar school, the test is in a week, we were notified last Friday.

A couple a of months ago there was an incident at her current school, I posted about it. This prompted me, on a whim to put her name down on Sutton's waiting list, thinking I'd hear nothing about it.

She's been offered an entrance exam for a year 9 place.
She has not had any tutoring of any kind and will be taking the test 'blind'. She's a capable student and what will be will be. I've told her to do her best and whatever the result, we'll tackle it.

Does anyone have any idea about what she will be tested on? I've been told there will be 2 tests, 50 minutes each, Maths and English.

I'm so nervous for her but totally focused on just supporting her and telling her to simply try her best.

Why don’t you ask the school what companies they use for the tests so she can do a practice and get familiar with the materials?

I’m not an expert but will probably be something similar to this:

exampapersplus.co.uk/13-plus-exam-guide-parents/

Thank you for responding and for the link.

I did ask the school but was told they wouldn't be releasing any information, which is understandable.

I'll have a look at that link.
