Has anyone tried Coolsculpting?

I keep getting adverts to click for a link to a “5 day guide” about it. I don’t want a 5 day guide, just spit it out! I’ve read how it’s supposed to work, but I’d like to hear from someone who has had it who isn’t just some low rent journo doing a write up for a women’s magazine.

I always think these things don’t work. The idea that you freeze fat and then it’s disposed of by the body through urine. Kidneys are pretty good at retaining stuff useful to the body and getting rid of waste. Waste is smaller than useful stuff like protein so like a sieve the kidneys filter it out I’d imagine a crystallised fat cell would not pass.

I one went to an ultrasonic version of this where they measure before and after and you’ve magically lost lots of inches but your jeans are just as tight

Save your money! I’d be fine with being completely wrong though.

there really isn't much difference in the before and after pictures.

I wouldn’t bother. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any obvious difference in the B and A photos I’ve seen. It’s bloody expensive too.

Tried it, didn’t work. Was agony too! I pretty much had a panic attack during it.

My friend tried it. It was extremely painful and she was left with huge bruises. She lost some inches which returned very quickly.
