Wondering whether NHS Scotland's pay rise will extend to rest of Uk

Having heard that Scotland will be giving a 4% rise, I'm wondering what will follow further South.
Was ready to leave after the 1% offer. Just standing in the hallway with my coat on waiting to see really.

It would need to or Northern Ireland will face another strike. We won't be left behind yet again and are UTTERLY SICK of not being paid equal .
